Yesterday for lunch, I wanted an avocado. The knife however, wanted hand. We had hand. In the form of a puncture wound. Later in the evening, the light blew in the bathroom. I went to replace it and dropped an old CFL on the bath mat and it exploded everywhere. Goodbye bathmat, hello lead powder everywhere. This morning, I got up early (on vacation) to give my roommate a ride to public transit. I turned a corner in the neighborhood and a freshly installed metal plate ripped my tire’s sidewall wide open. This will be my third flat in under 2k miles on this car. I grabbed one of my winter tires/wheels to toss on in it’s place until TireRack can get me a new tire, and discovered that the spare winter has a nail in it.
